Seriously?....(rant time)

So me and my younger sister were watching these Youtube videos called "What would you do?" it's this TV show that used to come on. So what they do is set up actors and scenarios and stuff, and see how the people would react or something like that. So there's this one video of the actor guy pretending to kidnap this little girl out in broad daylight in a city....EVERYONE EXCEPT THREE GUYS IGNORED WHAT WAS GOING ON. Seriously?...everybody except these 3 guys walk on by like it's nothing. Either the people (except the 3 guys of course) were too scared to do anything, or they just straight up ignored it, I don't know but the fact that out of tons of people, only three guys helped out.
